Thank you for a very nice stay. Spotless and romantic place, has nice views of the ocean. Overall the room is functional, top-notch and includes tea and coffee making facilities, a writing table, and iron/ironing board. The atmosphere of the hotel is exclusive.

The setting was gorgeous, right by the Malecon boardwalk, and a flea market at the marina. The pool was heated and I had mixed drinks in the main bar.

the hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a central area, near to one restaurant and nuevo vallarta and the beautiful ocean. our suite was functional with birthday balloons as well as the balcony. the location was marvellous, the staff were immensely pleasant. the food at the casual restaurant was outstanding, loved this place. had a great stay here during our vacation.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to a beautiful, long beach that was right on the ocean. The cleanliness of the facilities was outstanding, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, and the staff at the Castaway restaurant were extremely attentive and friendly.
It was all superb.

Thoroughly enjoyed this IDEAL hotel with really excellent and lovely friendly staff that are totally committed to service. The view of the garden from my large and fashionable room was outstanding. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom here was spacious.
